To start with, his destruction of Common Law will render Israel
indefensible by other Nations adhering (approximately B^) to
British Common Law.

Common Law was invented/developed in Britain as a peaceful way for
permitting several *very different* cultures to co-exist, and
provides mechanisms for the co-existence of more than ONE System
to address similar issues.

And to be blunt about it, Man Cannot Live by ONE System Alone
for the same reasons that just Bread Alone is no good.
