Not sure what "the plot" was all about, might not
even have had anything to do with Joe. They said a
NIRA guy was shopping for "parts" ... which sounds
like nothing had advanced very far, likely not even
in time for Joe's visit.

The "New IRA" is an example of how things DON'T END.
25 years ago the main issues were settled. What we
see now is a bunch of young punks mostly just
interested in causing trouble and using the long-gone
politics as an *excuse*.
