Israel's enemies have been WAITING for him to return,
they've figured out an angle, will use him to be
'provocative' and rally/justify extreme actions
against Israel. A "boring", "measured" response to
Palestinian actions is the LAST thing they want.

Israel just doesn't have the reach - can't get to
enough of Them. The various Palestinian factions
aren't exactly "leaderless", but they CAN operate
in much that way, they all Know The Plan. Meanwhile
Iran bankrolls ......
