Not very effectively: Russian "money" was on Hillarity.
Most of the Clintons' ties to foreign money are thru
the middle east (take yer pick, but probly not Iran;-)

Under Clinton (and GW, and not of their doing) a lot of the fuel
in US reactors came from "spare" Russian Warheads. It was a fairly
sweet deal that was probly farged up under 'bama _by_ Hillarity,
putting Russian weapons grade Uranium back _into_ Russian hands,
with nothin' good to do with it.

Most of the "grease" in the Clinton Foundling is spare
change from Wall Street; probly some Saudi as well, but
I'd guess that's dried up pretty good.
