Argentina will start buying the bulk of its Chinese imports
in yuan instead of dollars, as it seeks to preserve its
shrinking supply of USDollars.

It's not totally Biden's fault. The US has been abusing SWIFT's US
dollar based international financial transaction system to impose
economic sanctions to strong-arm every country into submission. Now
every country in the world is disgusted by the arrogance of the US and
ditching the US dollar based system in droves. Now the US cannot print
money out of thin air without incurring inflation because SWIFT is what
made the US dollar the de facto reserve currency of the world.
