Irrelevant. The simple point is, you do *NOT* have an unconditional second
amendment right to just *any* weapon you might fancy. It's that simple. Despite
the second amendment guaranteeing you the right to keep and bear arms, it does
*NOT* guarantee you the right to keep and bear *any* arms you might wish to
have. That's simply a fact.
