It turned out beautifully. My wife got the end pieces because they were
cooked a little more than the inside pieces that I took. We had the
lamb with steamed beans and roasted little potatoes. Dessert was Apple
Crisp followed by coffee and brandy.

Typically not pretty, but the apples were ugly to begin
with. Lots of bad parts to cut off, but what was left
was great. I don't remember what variety that tree
even was.
