The Latin is so close to the English that it'd be a spoiler to give it.
Maybe I can give it cryptically, however.
Thus.
Take the answer, and remove the fourth letter. Now insert two letters in
the space given, viz. the first of 6 across & the second of 9 across.
You could use Greek;
More than πρέπων
