It's not cheap, but it caramelizes. I'm intrigued. The question is,
am I $21.69 worth of intrigued?

"High doses." The same applies to all marginally digestible
carbs and sugar alcohols. I asked if anyone were familiar
with it, not whether anyone could simply Google it, and quote
without attribution. Any lazy moron could do *that*.

"The maximum non-effect dose of allulose in causing
diarrhea in humans has been found to be 0.55 g/kg of body
weight."
source-- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psicose#Biochemistry
For an 80 kg person, that works out to be 440 grams, or almost
a pound.

Moral of the story:

"If Bryan doesn't eat too much allulose, he won't suffer from the squitters...."

Good to know. Take 220 grams for a stool softener.

For a guy that ridicules store bought mayo, eating a substance not
allowed to be sold in Europe seems a bit odd.

I realized after I posted that I was off by a factor
of ten. 44 grams, which is a little over an ounce
and a half, but anyway, you should stick to the
stool softener recommended by your geriatrician.

Mayo made with whole eggs is crappy. Mayo
made with shitty oil is crappy.

Mayo in general is crappy. The texture and taste is odd. For fun, I
tried to make it home made once, at your recommendation. I failed, and
wasted olive oil.

Erythritol doesn't cause me any digestive problems. The
reason that I don't use it is the cooling sensation (like you
get from sugarless gum). Allulose is also prebiotic, and
digested by bifudobacteria, which I supplement with,
*Bifudobacterium longum*.
