Allulose, heavy cream, vanilla extract and salt.

Keto friendly. The caramel sauce seems like it would do nicely on almond flour chocolate cake.

Caramel requires butter (and real sugar for that matter). You
can't do it decently (or quickly) with just cream. And you don't
really need cream, either. Last night I whipped up my best batch
and in record time using a stick of butter, 2 TBS 1% milk, and
1.75 cups sugar (and a little bit of water to heat the sugar to
315F).
