I'm a bit late for the folks living in the eastern time zone, but what are
you having tonight or what did you have for dinner??

Here, it's going to be two *very* thick center cut pork chops; one for
tonight and one for Friday night. Tonight's meal will also have macaroni
and cheese as the side dish and too bad I've eaten all my chunky apple
sauce. That would have been great with the chops, but it's on the
shopping list for Friday. A diet soda will also round out this meal.

Dinner was leftover grilled salmon on a salad with lemon vinaigrette.
Lunch was take-out dal tadka and naan. It was the saltiest damned
food I've ever had from a restaurant (and I salt the fries at McDonald's).
I ended up throwing away the half that I didn't eat; there was just
no saving it.
