Small recipe booklets are an old fashioned concept as is the idea of getting recipes on the radio. My guess is that a lot of people used canned milk in their cereal and in their coffee in the past. The advent of refrigeration wiped out the practice but you can still do that today. You might have some problem getting PET milk but I suppose any evaporated milk would taste pretty much the same. I remember buying powdered milk in the 70's. I can't remember why I did that.
