Whole pork loin was on sale for $1.99 so I got one and tonight, cut it
up and froze it. My choice was four smallish roasts and a dozen
boneless chops. In the end, I will get 22 dinners out of it. Not bad
for $17.

I put a mix of seasonings on it, put in some potatoes with a spray of
oil and cooked it 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Took it out at 134 degrees
and let stand a bit.

I'll do the others the same way.

Nice char and you also snagged a good bargain in being able to get 22 dinners
in the end.

Works out to about a 6 oz. serving at 77 cents each. If I bought them
pre-cut, the price would be about 1 1/2X. Took a few minutes of my time
to cut and wrap.

That looks great. Thanks for sharing.

Yup. My store cuts them for me. We just vacuum seal at home.
