Exactly.

According to the indictment, Trump gave direct orders to delete the surveillance tapes. They've got phone calls, text messages, witness testimony, and
the tapes themselves.

This is clear obstruction, AND it explodes both of Trump's defenses: that the documents were his and/or the FBI planted the tapes. Trying to hide
stuff and then delete the evidence does not square with innocence. Once again, Trump has been a vile little boy.

Watergate all over again, but much worse.
