As previously posted, I was stuck at home this morning waiting for the
repairman. It was cold, wet and foggy. I realized I had enough very
ripe bananas to make some banana bread. It turned out great.

Banana bread is good stuff and so darn simple to make!
So great with a quick zap in the microwave, smeared with a bit of
softened butter and hot coffee. A quick breakfast!

I'm glad it turned out great! I haven't made banana bread (or banana
nut bread) in a very long time. My mom's recipe always did turn out
well, though. :)
