LOL! I remember an old Chevy Chase movie 'Funny Farm' from the 1980's
where he tried to break a record for eating the most "lamb fries" in a
diner. Of course they didn't tell him they were testicles until after
he broke the record.

Once at a meet & greet sponsored by a major computer
user's group. I mingled with the guests just to be
able to tell people what they were AFTER they had
just eaten one.

I have! I volunteered to cook at a "Ducks Unlimited" function and was
handed what I thought was a meatball sandwich while cooking. It was
good! Later, I found out it was a "different kind" of meatball.
I'm glad I ignorantly ate it, otherwise I wouldn't have this story to
tell, but I won't be going to Virginia City this weekend. :)
I'm pretty sure what I ate used to be on a ram, not a bull.

I once ate fermeted sheep testicles in Iceland and it was absolutely
awful. The taste stuck to your tongue and it took a lot of drinking to get
rid of it.

Fermented shark... go for it! Fermented sheep testicles, never again!

As a synopsis, the Festival is over. A local TV reporter was covering
the end of the festivities when he said, "If you don't know what a Rocky
Mountain Oyster is, google it." :)
