and yesterday Mom made beef and mushroom stroganoff.

homemade bread also went in the oven today and turned
out well.

so tonight's dinner was a small bowl of soup and a
slice of bread with butter.

i'll be making some cream puffs this evening.

True. He was more about presenting a large Texas-style plate with
charred peppers and hot sauces. I don't mind hot sauce but flavour over
heat, please.

they did turn out ok, i didn't knock the little peaks
down so they got a bit burned but Mom will remove those
when she frosts them.

i've had much better results with them since i listened
to my sister and she gave me a tip about letting them
rest on the baking tray a half hour before baking.
