Rack of Lamb.
I just put it in the oven at 400F for 25 minutes.

I crushed a couple cloves of garlic and added some parsley, dried
rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil and dried bread crumbs. I heated up a
cast iron pan and seared the outside on all sides. I took it out and
smeared it with Dijon and then pressed on the herb and bread crumb
mixture. Then it went into the oven. My wife is looking after come
chopped roasted potatoes, salad and broccoli.

It's going to be an eye of round sliced beef sandwich here.
No cheese but the bread will be smeared with wino beat off.
