In the year the CCP celebrates its 100th anniversary, it had eradicated abject poverty in the country. It had also created the largest middle class in the world. China today is the largest market for almost everything. Before the covid pandemic, 180 million Chinese left China to see the world, and all retuned home. This contrast with the absolute mess in the US (too numerous and embarrassing to list here fully), with an infrastructure that resembles those in the Third World.

Consider the 100 yrs of China under Western Imperialism starting from the First Opium War in 1840. Millions of Chinese became addicted to opium. Millions died of diseases and starvation. Many more killed in fighting against the forces of imperialism. Not to mention the civilians. When the Western Imperial armies entered cities or areas they captured, orgies of rape and rampage, murder and plunder, were inflicted upon the civilians. These are never mentioned in Western histories, never displayed in Western museums.
