Exactly. And that's more Rev 100 gas car fires compared to Rev 1 EV fires. Before long the increased reliability and lower maintence and manufacturing
costs of EVs are going to overwhelm ICE sales. Plus that, battery technology is improving rapidly and new charging stations are being built.

The people complaining about EVs are the same people who either never bought or sold early when it came to Microsoft and Apple stock.

The mass density of fuels is what counts, and to get better than
kerosene in an Oxygenated atmosphere requires nuclear densities
like the batteries on the Mars Rovers.

EVs only make sense in a dense urban environment, like what might
pertain on a RingWorld.
