When the American went to Cambodia they told Cambodia they would just
repair the aged jetty.

It showed how pathetic America is treating other countries. They think
Cambodia is a low life country living in terrible and pathetic conditions.

Hence they think should not do much for them, but to make use of them
for their use of the jetty instead.

Now with China, having 30 years lease, the entire aged jetty and
facility will be demolished and a new modern naval facility will be
built for use by China navy.

Let 'em built a new modern naval facility. The Cambodian
government will LUV to "nationalize" it once it's finished...
