Looks like Florida had bad luck with disease. That's what happens
DeStanis forbid citrus trees from wearing masks.

Most farms in California have insect impassable mountains and
deserts between them and rest of the country. That's kept a lot of
nasties out. We got Agriculture Inspection Station to keep humans
from bringing them in.
