Judging by all the various "reasons" that military supplies
from the US/EU aren't actually showing up in Ukraine - the
answer seems to be "Yes" - they want Russia to win, or almost
win, so it'll all be conveniently OVER.

There has been pressure for a "negotiated solution" in Ukraine.
That's easy for foreign nations, away from the bullets, to say.
Almost only Macron in France has denounced that as a Bad Idea.

Alas this means Ukraine making a kinda literal Deal With The
Devil and I don't think it ever will. Ukraine may be conquered
by Russia, but it will not surrender. TOO much blood spilled
at this point.
