Any country has the right to build and install its long range missiles to
defend its own vast lands from foreign missile devastating attacks on their
country.

There is no doubt building them is aimed to tell and deter the aggressor not
to take a risk of attacking China their ICBM as they will get a prompt and
immediate responses from their ICBM for it.
