Advertising agencies/think-tanks may have discovered that the lilt at
the end of her sentence convinces potential customers that this is a
good product. I have heard the same lilt in several other recent
commercials.

---------- for example ?

i listened to that portion a few times, and i don't really hear a LILT.

Today it's extremely common (using Auto-Tune) to adjust/correct the pitch of a singing track.

i wonder if they (similarly) adjust the intonation (or pitch) of a voice track in movies, TV commercials, etc.

I don't have other examples, but I have heard them.

Her voice/tone lowers at the end as if to say, "This is matter of
fact; believe me!"
