What China needs is a military base in Cuba. This will solve the problem it has with the US in the South China Sea (SCS).

Communist/Socialist-run countries can be counted within the fingers of one hand. Yet they are not working closely together.

Venezuela is left to the mercy of the US. Vietnam is working with the US in the SCS.

The US is behaving like a burglar who after breaking into a house and failing to steal anything because the owner beat him up, turns around and warns the owner not to let in any friends. The US is a clown of a loser. With hindsight, we can now say that the US spent 20 years, almost US$3 billion, and lots of blood from both sides, to prepare Afghanistan for China.

Also, unlike the US, China is going to Afghanistan and everywhere for trade.. The Chinese are smart and good.
