It's in Google books. Bottom of the first page if you search on: babcary maud
Volume one, p441.

It is found next in the possession of Henry d'Erleigh,[b] who obtained it in the time of King Edward, by the marriage of Philip d'Erleigh with Rosa, daughter and heiress of Peter de Marisco, and Maud his wife, lady of this manor.

[b] 1235. Robert de Beauchamp returned that he held the moiety of Babcary, which Henry d'Erleigh held of him. Madox, Formulare Anglicanum, pp 5, 6.
