Most billionaires are actually milliardaires, and a "trillionaire"
would actually be a billionaire, because for many people "billion"
means a milliard, and "trillion" means a billion.

Some people use "billion" to mean 10^9, while others use it to mean
10^12, and people rarely explain which meaning they are using, so
"billion" just means "a lot".
