https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/LZ2X-DKC shows Elizabeth Jermy, wife of Captain Henry Shelton, as daughter of Thomas Jeremy and Sarah Stephens and Thomas Jeremy as son of John Jermyn ans Mary Tollemache. Is this correct?

Yes, it is correct.

1) MARY TOLLEMACHE, b. c.1535; bur. 6 Aug. 1606 St Mary Church, Depden, Suffolk, dau of Lionel Tollemache of Helmingham Hall, Suffolk (c.1497-1571) & Dorothy Wentworth (d. 1552, descended from Edward III); m. by 1555, John Jermyn of Depden Hall (b. c.1530; bur. 28 Nov. 1606 St Mary Church, Depden), son of Sir Thomas Jermyn of Rushbrooke Hall (c.1480-1552) & his 2nd wife Anne Drury (c.1492-1572, descended from Edward I), and had
2) THOMAS JERMYN of Depden Hall, b. there 11 June 1561; d. by 5 July 1617 (when administration of his estate was granted); m. by 1581, Sarah Stephens (bur. 22 July 1641 St Mary Church, Depden), dau of John Stephens of Althorne, Essex (d. 1575), and had
3) ELIZABETH JERMYN, bap. 2 Dec. 1601 St Mary Church, Depden; bur. 31 Dec. 1681 St Mary Church, Shelton, Norfolk; m. 7 Apr. 1619 St Mary Church, Shelton, Henry Shelton of Shelton Hall (bap. 1 Nov. 1577 St Mary Church, Shelton; d. Oct. 1635 Barningham, Suffolk, bur. 14 Oct. 1635 St Mary Church, Shelton), son of Sir Ralph Shelton of Shelton Hall (d. 1580, descended from Edward I) & his 2nd wife Anne Barrow (c.1557-1617).

For John Jermyn of Depden Hall (#1 above), see 'The Visitation of Suffolk 1561 made by William Hervey, Clarenceux King of Arms: Part I' edited by Joan Corder (HSP New Series Vol 2, 1981), p. 95.

Thomas Jermyn of Depden Hall (#2 above) has an entry in HOP:
https://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1558-1603/member/jermyn-thomas-1561-1607

HOP's death dates for Thomas & his father John Jermyn, which were taken from Copinger's 'The Manors of Suffolk' Volume 5 (1909), p. 232, are incorrect:
https://archive.org/details/manorsofsuffolkn05copiuoft/page/232/mode/2up

There is a good pedigree of Jermyn of Depden in 'Suffolk Manorial Families' edited by Joseph James Muskett Vol. 2 (1908), p. 256:
https://archive.org/details/suffolkmanorialf02john/page/256/mode/2up

These are ancestors of Catherine (Suckling) Nelson, mother of Lord Nelson.

Hope this helps, Paulo.

Cheers, ------Brad

Thanks, Brad. I found this through a ridiculous descent Family Search has a descendant of them, Richard Bokenham, https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/sources/KHC8-T4J, who was buried eight weeks after being baptized as having married and having children. A source from 1726, noted his parents had no surviving issue.
