That's how the NAZIs did it. They bitched loudly and made
a big scene - so the political establishment bribed them
with more important positions. Once there, they bitched
loudly and made a big scene again - and the establishment
again tried to shut them up with even more important
positions.

Then, once powerful enough, the establisment was
deep-sixed - sometimes quite literally. Can't afford to
leave any of the old establishment behind ... dangerous
rivals !
