check each month from the government for each kid until it reaches age
6, then $250 a month until it reaches age 18.

Then long before that Republicans will sweep into office, the law will
be repealed, and those poor people will have babies and no money to take
care of them.

The stupidity can be blamed on both sides with this one.

It is actions like you describe that account for why so many blacks
think they are getting the shaft. Failure to use common sense and seek
an education that will better their life, rather than expecting the
government to provide for them, is why. There are many blacks who are
successful, and all one needs to do is ask how they achieved that.
