Russians set up method to convert wire currency into Chinese yuan,

Когато хората загубят доверието си в нещо неговата стойност обикновено не се увеличава с 14%
(с колкото долара е скочил от началото на войната). Когато стойността на долара падне с 15-20%
може да говорим пак.
