Below, I didn't rate the 4 point much because Oppy has anchored past me.
So I made the 11 point instead but did slot the 4 point for when it's valuable
later.
Why was this a worse idea than making a sandwich which combines
marmite and peanut butter?
(I actually did make that sandwich once as a teenager and it was
so disgusting that I had to throw it away.)

Your main goal is to escape your back checker. Strengthening
your board provides you with protection against getting attacked.
Playing 13/11(2) leaves you inflexible because you don't have
many spares...you could easily leave another blot when you don't
want to. 13/11(2) does have the effect of hemming in O's back
checkers, but that's not your main priority here.
