This former Pentagon official is French-born with a high school
certificate. He got the job in the Pentagon as chief software officer in
May 2019. This is without any software skills at all.

All his past jobs are not really jobs but merely namesake companies with
self-appointed job titles that he never produced anything really with
skills at all.

Whatever he suggested is just a brief that anyone in that top
appointment could simply made sweeping statement.

after he gave critical comments following his sudden blistering
resignation Sept 2, 2021.
