Velevski, recently released from prison in NSW after serving a sentence
for allegedly murdering his wife and children, was ordered by a
Registrar in a court to sign a document relating to his post-prison
obligations.

A court ordering someone to sign a document doesn't make sense. It can't
be a binding on the person if a court has ordered that he sign it. It
is duress, or something similar.

Fraid so. It means he is aware of his court imposed post-prison
obligations.

He isn't agreeing to them, just signing that he is aware
of the court imposed post-prison obligations.

Nope, dope.

Yet more evidence of why you will be sacked and replaced by that other
woman.

It can't prove he is aware if he has been forced to sign.

But it does not show he is aware if he has been ordered to sign.

My job does not involve interpretation of the law, so that is incorrect.

Doesn't need to be proved, they just fuck him over if he
breaches his post-prison obligations.
