Rozen said his team was ready to design a prototype shade of 100 square feet and is seeking between $10 million and $20 million to fund the demonstration.

“We can show the world, ‘Look, there is a working solution, take it, increase it to the necessary size,” he said.

Ekstrapoluje sie tylko na milionach km2 oceanow czy Antarktydy. Taki eksperyment wymaga specjalnych urzadzen i specjalnych pomiarow. Tak mozna w nieskonczonosc i tak sie dzieje. Znajomy jest szefem tzw pilot plant zaprzyjaznionego uniwersytetu. Tak sie nazywa to imponujace skladowisko najrozmaitszych urzadzen pod plandeka. Bylem zainteresowany jednym. Kupili swego czasu za 250,000 dla Francuzki, ktora robila magisterke. Jedyna osoba na roku, bo juz nikt dziedzina nie zainteresowany, 1,000 dolarow za godzine wynajecia lub dalej za darmo na lata pod plandeke.

Liczyłem te 2% które mają "coś dać", wyszło mi zasłonięcie 100%
portugalii, hiszanii, francji, niemiec, czech/słowacji i białorusi.

L1 podają jakieś 1,5 mln km od ziemi, znaczy tam trza zarzucić płachtę która uszyją.
