1. Napisał to przed czy po zjednoczeniu Niemiec przez Prusy?
Podzielone Niemcy mogły potrzebować Polski. Zjednoczone Niemcy
Polski nie potrzebowały jako bufora IMHO. Można cytować Bismarcka o
Polsce, Polakach i wspólnocie interesów Niemiec z Rosją.
Tyle że Bismarck nie żył wiecznie a po nim była 1WŚ.
