The ACSI Restaurant Study 2020-2021 is based on interviews with 19,423
customers, chosen at random and contacted via email between April 1,
2020, and March 29, 2021. Customers are asked to evaluate their recent
experiences with the largest companies in terms of market share, plus
an aggregate category consisting of “all other”—and thus
smaller—companies in those industries.

Unfortunately, what questions were asked and how "satisfaction" was
scored is unknown, so the study is mostly meaningless.

I've only ever had their grilled chicken nuggets. They are pretty
good. Top of the list good? Not for me.

I don't understand how Domino's, or most pizza restaurants, can
be included. It's not fast food. Some pizza restaurants offer pre-made
pizzas, so those could be included. Little Caesars is one example.

I've never ordered from Dominoes so I'm not sure if they have
ready-made pizzas or not. I do see them referred to as "fast food" by
many but I think that's technically incorrect.

According to my 14 yo's, it does not.

They shouldn't be classified as "fast food."
Pizza Hut used to offer a lunch buffet. If this is still an
option, an argument for inclusion can be made. And if they still offer
the five minute personal pan, then that would be fast food.
