What I noticed is that Wayne is OK with Biden getting a pass for breaking the law, but feels they should throw the book at Trump. Basically, he wants to apply the law based on his personal feelings. The law doesn't (or shouldn't) work that way. Either they both should be prosecuted, or neither one should.
