Two tips for anyone interested...
Leave your guns at the border
The earlier in the season, the damper it can be. Summer and fall would be my favourites....spring, not so much.
If you hit a stretch of good weather, you'll think you're in Paradise.

You'd be hard pressed to see a Polar Bear around here. I had to go to Toronto Zoo to see one in the flesh.
And yes, you'll have no need for a gun in Nova Scotia, unless you like hanging around or doing business with our criminal element.
Thanks for asking...I did get my P.A.L. at the end of September. This allows my to possess the quality firearms I currently own and buy non-restricted firearms and ammo.

Whats the penalty for posessing a gun without a liscence up thar
in the northeast territories where PAL doesn't mean Police

Military status?
