Just caught the ABC news from Boston and their CEO was on doing some kind of editorial about school shootings in 'merica.
He said there were 450 since 2000. That's right, I had to rewind to see that again. Then they ran a roll showing all the shootings for each year. It's getting worse.

Different cultures I suppose but up here if you have a paint blister on the back of your house while a neighbour is suffering a major roof leak....we tend to help him first and then "fix" our minor problem.

is kicking another girl in the head as she is on the ground and the other

Happened at the local library, so schools they are not involved and can
not suspend girl, cops say she is to young to charge. She is at least 14.

You need your federalism gov't to enact a nation wide ban on handguns, semi-automatic assault style rifles etc.
No one needs more than a good pump action shotgun to defend their home.
