I honestly never gave it much thought. I was certain they weren't
pealing and mashing potatoes in store. I just figured it was done in a
factory, and packaged. Then shipped to the stores in giant cans, or
plastic packages.
Using dehydrated potato flakes would be more economical. More
bags of flakes can be shipped on a truck than cans.
