For them, security guarantees for Ukraine are one issue, while agreements with Russia are another issue. A two document or a two stage peace treaty looks like a good way to escape fighting to the last Ukrainian. The Russia document probably contains all Russia demands. Full acceptance of the terms by Ukraine depends on the security guarantees document.

Indeed the document will probably contain all of Russia demands. Hence, it is impossible for Ukraine to agree to it. The US and EU or even the UN will not agree to it. If the document is signed, it is like putting a rope over the head of the Ukraine and waiting to be pulled up from time to time for punishment and even death. The document will then cause friction and hatred. A slight infringement deviated from the document will be like doing a "haka-kiri" commitment on yourself.

Hence, thee document will be meant as no respect for Ukraine at all. Ukraine will be like an "obedient dog on lead". Additionally, there will be no more respect for each other's lands, people and borders, too. Henceforth, the best way is to go back to its original borders and those unhappy people from Russia in Ukraine should move to Russia and leave Ukraine alone.
