Thais file Is create by bison (sqlrdd parser SQL statment) please install bison GNU AND set the var env defines un bat file. Please search thus bat file.
Sorry spanish Is muy native language.

You will need Bison (Parser Generator) to generate the file. You may get it at:

https://github.com/lexxmark/winflexbison/releases

But it will be named win_bison.exe and xbuild may look for '\GnuWin32\bin\bison.exe' so you may need to move and rename it.

Ron, it worked, thank you very much. I was able to generate the sqly.h file by copying the \GnuWin32\bin folder.

I would strongly recommend having latest xHarbour sources at the standard location: \xharbour

This suggests you do not have correct xharbour's hbapi.h
I am sorry, as I explained. Just using unmodified sources, just as I used them, with a simple default setup like I had is the best advice I can give.

0. I always used all tools installed to THEIR DEFAULT location using their standard installers. (BCC, MSVC, Windows SDK, Bison, etc.)
1. I always used latest xharbour, unmodified, directly from SVN (now Git) at C:\xharbour
2. I always used the standard unmodified xharbour.org batch files to build, i.e make_bc.bat or make_vc.bat like this:
make_vc lean
make_vc all
3. I only used xbldfull.bat I provided as is.

(I first had one standard installation of xHarbour Builder to c:\xhb but I don't think its needed.)
