TCL 8.6.13 is out, so enjoy the happy release time for maintenance:

Please find the new tksvg 0.12 release at:
https://github.com/oehhar/tksvg/releases/tag/0.12

tksvg brings the Tk 8.7 svg support to Tk 8.6.

The only change is a patch to render complex paths.

There are binaries for:
- win32 (MS.VC6)
- win64 (VS2015)
- win64 (mingw)
- Linux64
- MacOS

Hi Harald,

Thank you very much for this update. Indeed, I also experienced some issues with more complex paths.
The VS2015 compiled does not work on my Windows 10.
Instead I took the mingw compiled and it seems to work just fine.
