We have .dcm files of PET+CT scans of cancer patients. We want to load fixed volumes around the neck of +-14cm into python. Resizing the scan works, but we don't know how to get the right position for every patient, as we want to automize this. Does someone know if dicom stores a pixel or location as an origin or reference, so that anatomical positions can be found?
