Hello out there,
in the libs mentioned above are almost certainly hidden programming
gems which many Tcl'ers would love to use - if only they knew they
existed and found any kind of documentation. This is especially true
for tcllib with its ~130 sub dirs but it would also be helpful for
tklib.
Q: Is there any place one can find such?
Any tip or link would be highly appreciated
Helmut

Looking around a bit I found for Tk
- https://wiki.tcl-lang.org/page/tklib which led to
- https://wiki.tcl-lang.org/page/Tklib+Contents which at least has a
one-line description of the purpose of each pckage.

For Tcl I could not find anything similar.
Any more infos?
Helmut

Pro tip: A couple of years ago, I modified tkcon and replaced the
default help menu option with this exact url. If you are using tkcon,
just search for ActiveState in tkcon.tcl and make the change. I believe
you will find it very useful.
