Anton Ertl now changes his story:

Anton Ertl is pretending that he just now found out that my upgrade on HumptyDumpty's
rquotations allows the rquotation to access the parent function's local variables
despite the HOF (higher-order function) having local variables of its own.
This is bullshit --- my upgrade was for VFX in July of 2016, about two days after
HumptyDumpty posted his prototype that lacked this crucial feature. A few days
later I had this working for SwiftForth too.

As an historical note, I got the idea from Factor.

Your flirting with other languages, you've previously documented.

"I tried Factor for a while ... I didn't like it ... The dynamic OOP is
also very un-Forth-like. This was my biggest problem; that I don't
understand dynamic OOP ... I may go back to Factor later, if I don't like
Lisp/Scheme for some reason ... I did take away from Factor the idea of
having a standard data-structure ... This inspired me to do the same in
my novice package"

https://groups.google.com/g/comp.lang.forth/c/xpjPI4_BTek/m/mEAP3GIoccEJ

"Forth failed ... because of a lack of leadership."

https://groups.google.com/g/comp.lang.forth/c/xpjPI4_BTek/m/VaIeKMIDTA0J

"if I really was serious about getting a job I would bite the bullet and
learn Java, just like everybody else."

If anything, you appear more directionless and inconsistent than most.
