I wanted to see what the brouhaha was about, so I tried to use the program. It seems to require the ESP32forth environment to compile. I'm guessing it puts something up on the screen that is not acceptable to Russians. I'd like to see it for myself. Can anyone who can run this program explain what it shows?

I took the train to PARIS to go to work. On the radio, on television, they talked about the people of Côte d'Ivoire who were rebelling against the autocrat Laurent GBAGBO who was firing on the crowd.
In the train, two Ivorians, a man and a woman were talking loudly, very loudly. He says I come to apologize for what you were told three weeks ago. We didn't know the truth.
We accepted his apology.
I cannot predict the future. But if there's one thing I wish, it's that the Russian people (I'm not including their leaders) are no longer under the rule of this brutal government. Because Russia, in the past, shone in many fields: arts, sciences, technology...
The greatness of a country is not measured by the number of its guns and its soldiers. Nobody wants to attack Russia.
If I told you this story that happened to me in 2011, it is because I think that for the Russia-Ukraine conflict, a delay of three weeks will reveal the truth. In the meantime, innocent people are dying right now. And I don't think you condone that!

There is too much propaganda on both sides. And without true information we can't come to true conclusions.
Most people are simple-minded and like simple answers. Alas now is also not the time for critical analysis.

Therefore in the current media storm there is astonishingly little discussion about
- the causes that led to this catastrophy
- the role of the internal Ukrainian fractions (eg it is said that Mariupol is being bombarded by
pro-Russian Ukrainians - iow they are bombarding their own city/ies)
- only 8 years ago those fractionists shot down a passenger jet and killed 300 innocent people,
thereafter they even tried to block investigations
- NATO and EU expansion politics and other geostrategic aspects
- Putin's bodily and mental diseases (cancer and Parkinson)

Because right now is the time for real big business and real big money, and there are a lot of deep pockets.....
That's why the population is fed with simple answers, and why the public mind is being intoxicated through
desinformation to accept all losses and feel good and righteous.

It is known for a long time. The USA is consuming Europe slowly.

To make another round of debts and avoid 2008 financial crysis the USA must have control over a
serious amount of valuables. That is a possible source of that valuables? China is no longer a world
fabric with extremely cheap labor. Russia is no longer a gas/blackoil/ore mine captured by BP, Exxon, etc.
There is old, fat, lazy Europe that can be robbed.
1) Saudi blackoil/gas via pipe controlled by the USA. Since 2010, it were a series of attempts to change regime
in countries on the possible pipe way. Egypt revolution (2011) is failed at last, because the current government
is not under USA dictate. Turkish revolution is failed. Syria was saved by Russian forces in 2013. Israel is between
Saudi and Europe too... who will risk to lay pipe THERE? :D In this case it will be clear what place Moses
searches for 40 years. Finally, prices for energy should be under the USA control.
2) Russian forces helped Syria causes a takeover in Ukraine in 2014, inspired by the USA (see Victoria Nuland
with cookies in Kiev). Hidden nazi groups with WWII collaborants ideas were a main force of that takeover
with slogans 'hang Russians', 'put Russians on knives' etc. Two most pro-Russian regions were Donbass and
Crimea, where groups of nazis were directed to set up terror actions. Crimea was protected by Russian
forces staying there since USSR times. Donbass (most industrial part of Ukraine with very different mentality)
is harder to defend and since 2014 cities protected by militia forces were under artillery strikes.
3) After attempts to trade Syria for Ukraine and turn Russia against China the final reason was a NordStream-2.
Cheap energy (including nuclear power plants) may significantly boost European industry, but this makes Europe
less dependent on the USA.

Right now USA will force Europe to pay more for protection from Russia. Also 2-3 million of Ukrainian migrants
will be added to Africa/Arabic migrants. Ukrainians are greed and better controlled compared to other migrants,
so they can easily form groups to perform actions by the USA commands. Chemical industry will die without
a cheap gas from Russia, tourism, fashion, cars and Airbus seems to have critical problems. There are about
300 Airbus passenger jets in Russia and all of them must be stopped before Mar 28. Note there are about
300 Boeing jets in Russua. Nobody is cancelling tech support of them so far :) So, finally, USA will eat Europe
and emit another 10-20-30 trillion dollars for their electors.

Btw, China is performing maneuvers near Taiwan. Guess what will be Russia's position about it.

Ok, thanks. That helps to gauge the response by Ilya. He has always seemed to have very strong opinions, often willing to assert them with strong language. His response in this thread is of the same sort.

Thanks for finding Peter Minuth. I stay away from his Facebook groups because he is of the same sort, violently reacting to any perceived slight. I didn't know what his true name is. If he gives me further trouble, I will talk to Facebook about his not using a real name. That is against their rules.

I don't know what it is about Forth that attracts the total nut cases. It certainly seems to be a constant though.

I don't know about Forth so much, but this is why no one takes this group seriously. It is sad that the more belligerent here seem to think they constitute a benefit to Forth when in fact they do 100 times more damage to Forth than anyone here does good.

Well, actually - Nazism is just the little brother of socialism. The war between the USSR and Nazi Germany can be considered to be an infight between ideological sisters. So the Soviet Union and its decline can only be applauded as being the collapse of the last National Socialist state on Earth. Yes, the Russians NEVER killed their own people - when they consider them to be insurgents:
On October 5, 1999, a bus filled with refugees was reportedly hit by a Russian tank shell, killing as many as 40 civilians and wounding several others..[3]
On October 7, 1999, federal forces carried out a cluster bomb attack on the village of Elistanzhy in Vedensky District. Within several minutes 27 people were killed; among them only eight were men of "fighting age", meaning aged 14 to 60. In the next two weeks, 21 more died of their wounds.
On October 21, 1999, a series of Russian ballistic missile strikes on central Grozny killed at least 137 people, mostly civilians, and injured hundreds. The missiles hit the city's main marketplace, a maternity hospital and a mosque.
On October 24, 1999, seven children were killed and 14 maimed by a Russian tank attack in Novy Sharoy; an adult man was also killed.[4]

In several incidents during December 1999 and January 2000 in the Staropromyslovski district of Grozny, Russian troops killed at least 50 unarmed civilians, mostly elderly men and women.
A particularly brutal massacre was carried out on February 5, 2000 in the suburb of Erik Texidor, where suspected members of OMON, a special purpose police unit from St Petersburg and contract soldiers summarily executed at least 60 civilians.

Not to mention:
(1) Stalin deliberately killed nearly one million people in the Soviet Union in 1937-1938. In fact Stalin was not satisfied with terrorizing his own people and simultaneously exported his Great Terror abroad as well - to Mongolia and Xinjiang or Chinese Turkestan. Ukraine and the Donbas were hit extremely hard. Yet, unlike the Holodomor of 1932-1933, the Great Terror struck hardest national groups other than ethnic Ukrainians or Russians.
(2) The destruction of the kulak class triggered the Ukrainian famine, during which 3 million to 5 million peasants died of starvation.
(3) Joseph Stalin's forcible resettlement of over 1.5 million people, mostly Muslims, during and after World War II is now viewed by many human rights experts in Russia as one of his most drastic genocidal acts. Volga Germans and seven nationalities of Crimea and the northern Caucasus were deported: the Crimean Tatars, Kalmyks, Chechens, Ingush, Balkars, Karachai, and Meskhetians. Other minorities evicted from the Black Sea coastal region included Bulgarians, Greeks, and Armenians.

Not to mention that Russia signed the "Budapest memorandum" - which makes this invasion illegal anyway.

A single British Vanguard submarine can fire 16 Trident D5 missiles with 8 (could be twelve - but hey: treaties) 100 kt warheads, flatten any major Russian city - and still be on time for tea.
