Ok. More like intended for a selection of a few users.

C23 (C2x) changes - Too many tumors and gossips. About next standard. Brown nose list mr brown, the lost cpp nutcracker. cgrep for rest.

Todo - search for C18 compiler with lowest number of bugs and a decent test suite.
